One day at lunch our friends and us decided on an Alaskan cruise to celebrate anniversaries. We were looking online but were uncertain which locations/ports would best suit our interests. Cruise line specials were expiring that day!! In the early evening we called Chuck & Ali and presented our interests. Over the course of a couple of phone calls Chuck & Ali found a cruise that included ALL the ports we wanted, presented stateroom options, and pricing. The four of us (on different calls) were able to book our cruise, keep the discounted deposit and package deals, and secure our preferred stateroom options. Within a week we received a folder with our travel details and then had a Zoom meeting with all 6 of us to discuss all the fun things! Chuck and Ali helped me with cruise arrangements for our last cruise. We don't cruise often and the help was, well, very helpful. We were lucky enough to actually book on the same cruise they were on so not only were the arrangements great, but we had fun in several ports, visiting places and restaurants we would not have known to visit.
